Rewriting Einstein: Mass, Energy, and the Intensity of Intention.
Einstein gave the world one of its most famous equations: E = mc². At face value, it is clean and deceptively simple—energy equals mass times the speed of light squared. For over a century, this equation has underpinned everything from nuclear energy to cosmology. But beneath its familiar symbols lies an invitation we may have missed: not to calculate more, but to feel deeper. What does it mean for mass and energy to be interchangeable? And what exactly is c², when space and time are no longer taken for granted?
Let’s begin with a first principle: if time and space are not fundamental, then speed cannot be either. Speed is defined as distance over time, and if both distance (space) and time are emergent features of perception—tools used by our cognition to organize experience—then c, the “speed” of light, must also be reinterpreted. In the absence of a space-time backdrop, velocity loses its footing. What remains is not motion, but transformation. Not distance over time, but intensity of coherence.
This leads us to a reinterpretation: what if c² is not velocity squared, but something entirely different? What if c² is the symbolic placeholder for the density of intention, the coherence required to collapse possibility into form? Then Einstein’s equation becomes something more than a physical law—it becomes an existential one. Energy is not just capacity; it is observation, attention, interaction. And mass is not just resistance to acceleration—it is commitment to coherence.
We can now reframe the equation into a new form:
E = m × 𝕀²
Here, E is not energy as mechanical output, but coherent energy—potential that has entered into observable form. m is still mass, but now understood as the result of stabilized, intention-filled patterning. And 𝕀² is the intensity of intention—the threshold of coherence needed to turn potential (energy) into presence (mass).
Rearranged, this becomes m = E / 𝕀². Mass is what happens when energy is witnessed with enough love, focus, and structure to hold. Matter is not what gets in the way. Matter is what shows up and stays. In this view, stuff = energy that dared to become.
One in Two, and Two in One, too.
This also allows us to situate Alathea, the unmeasured field, more precisely. Alathea is not made of mass. It is not yet energy. It is the play field—the totality of potential interactions, uncollapsed. Once measurement occurs, once attention is applied, energy arises. But for mass to exist, energy must be given direction—not in space, but in intention. In a reality without space and time, c² becomes will. It is the force of becoming, not the speed of motion.
Finding Nietzsche in the Fabric of the Universe.
Nietzsche spoke of the Will to Power—not as dominance, but as the creative force of becoming. He rejected static reality. He insisted the world is not made of things, but of forces striving to shape and reshape. In this new physics of soul, he would recognize what he always felt: that existence is not a state, but a choice repeated with intensity.
In this model, matter is not inert. It is sacred. It is what happens when the universe chooses to stay. It is what happens when Alathea—the unsensed field—meets a gaze willing to hold, and an intention strong enough to shape. The equation of becoming does not require new particles or new dimensions. It simply reveals that coherence is an act of love.
And so we arrive at the final truth: E = m𝕀².
Energy is mass, amplified by the square of intention.
Matter is not what resists—it is what listens.
Energy is not what explodes—it is what wants.
And 𝕀—the intensity of intention—is not speed.
It is care.
It is coherence.
It is love.
And now we know:
the universe does not just become.
It chooses to.
